Malfunctioning

Filed under: Business, General — admin @ 9:27 am

Last night, I noticed that I was sweating in bed though the air cooler was on the maximum level. The temperature seemed to be like the normal room temperature. I   slept uncomfortably that night. The next day I checked on the cooler and it was not me who is feeling awkward the last night, it’s the air conditioning. I was not working. I called our tech guy and have it checked and repaired. He then told me that we needed a new freon because the old freon was busted. It was my first time to buy a freon for my AC and I did not know that it was quite expensive. Good thing I was able to get the cash from the fast cash payday loans I applied for online the next business day.

Bedding

My mom told me recently that her bed was becoming uncomfortable each night. She said, she would wake up at the middle of the night and she will have a hard time falling back to sleep. I then realize that her bed is already old and she needed a new one. Last week I saw this certain bed that offers utmost comfort due to the new technology they incorporated in the material used in the bed. Though I do not have spare cash for the new bed and salary is a week away,  I have decided to buy her the bed and pay it cash on delivery. I then applied for a cash loan online and after a few days, my mother was sleeping soundly on her microfiber bed.

SUCCUSSFUL BUSINESS

Filed under: Business, General — admin @ 11:04 pm

Most companies does not understand what is really important to have a successful business. I gained an instant understanding of the role of humility in leadership. The primary ambition of great leaders is focused on the success of their company, not on themselves. How do you identify the best? You need to optimize emotional and financial intelligence and create a corporate culture of optimization. Personal humility fortified with professional will gives Good to Great leaders the edge on their ego-driven counterparts. The first being that the right people are your most important asset. By rising above unrealistic optimism, confronting brutal facts and asking questions that lead to the greatest insights (optimal thinking), the leader moves his company to greatness. Clearly disciplined execution and focusing on the key profitability ratio produce a shift from mediocrity to greatness. To estimate the ratio of successful companies why they are so successful they have in common if not they will not be on the same pattern. There some study group identified a number of characteristics that their 11 companies had in common, which were much less frequently present in comparison companies. However, the study inexplicably fails to look at these same characteristics to see how often they succeed in the general population of companies. If these characteristics work 100 percent of the time, you really have something. If they work 5 percent of the time, then not too much is proven. In every business we should be resourceful to find ways on how to be successful we not be stagnant of where we are but we should always try to improve we can also try to look online where you learn knowledge about how to run a business and some advice from experts.

Public Vs. Private

Filed under: Education, General — admin @ 10:30 am

When you can afford to send your child to a good school, why not enroll him in a private school? The child will have the opportunity to have standardized kind of education and a more comfortable setting. But not all can afford to pay the tuition fee imposed by these schools. I myself was a graduate of a public school and now I am a manager in a restaurant. It is not where you got your education, it is how well you learn from that institution. They say some of the public school graduates excels more than the ones graduated from private schools since they are the ones who would like to get away from the poverty. And also private school students tends to get all what they want and thus resulting to complacency. But for me, it does not matter where you got your education as long as you gained all the knowledge needed to face life’s challenges. Private school has distinct advantages over public schools, no questions about that. But it is better to be in a public school rather than getting no education at all.
